SATs can feel like a big step for children but at The Happy Learning Hub, I turn preparation into a positive, confidence-building experience.
With years of experience teaching and administering both Key Stage 2 (Year 6) and Key Stage 1 (Year 2) SATs, I understand exactly what these tests involve and how children feel about them. As an “Excellent” rated marker for Year 6 SATs with external exam boards, I have an insider’s understanding of what assessors are looking for and how to help children show their best work with calm and confidence.
My approach is always gentle, encouraging, and focused on understanding. I believe that when children feel supported and capable, real progress follows. Through carefully structured lessons, practice opportunities, and plenty of praise, I help learners build key skills in reading, SPAG (Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar), writing and maths while also developing their self-belief and resilience.
Each child learns differently, so sessions are always personalised. Whether your child needs help filling learning gaps, boosting exam technique, or simply learning to believe in themselves, I’ll guide them every step of the way.
At The Happy Learning Hub, SATs preparation isn’t about stress. It’s about confidence, growth and celebrating what your child can achieve.
